(إلَّا مِثْلُ زُبْدٍ بِسَمْنٍ) فَلَا يَصِحُّ بَيْعُهُ بِهِ (لِاسْتِخْرَاجِهِ) أَيْ السَّمْنِ (مِنْهُ) الزُّبْدِ فَيُشْبِهُ بَيْعَ السِّمْسِمِ بِالشَّيْرَجِ وَ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

إلا ما استثني من ذلك بقوله: (إلا مثل زبد بسمن) أي: فلا يصح بيعه به؛ (لاستخراجه) أي: السمن (منه) أي: من الزبد. أشبه بيع السمسم بالشيرج.
