(وَلَا) بَيْعُ فَرْعٍ مَعَهُ غَيْرُهُ لِغَيْرِ مَصْلَحَتِهِ (بِفَرْعِ غَيْرِهِ) كَكِشْكٍ بِجُبْنٍ أَوْ بِهَرِيسَةٍ لِعَدَمِ إمْكَانِ التَّمَاثُلِ
