(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (فَرْعٍ بِأَصْلِهِ كَأَقِطٍ) أَوْ زُبْدٍ أَوْ سَمْنٍ أَوْ مَخِيضٍ (بِلَبَنٍ) لِاسْتِخْرَاجِهِ مِنْهُ أَشْبَهَ بَيْعَ لَحْمٍ بِحَيَوَانٍ مِنْ جِنْسِهِ
