(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (حَبٍّ) مِنْ بُرٍّ وَشَعِيرٍ وَذُرَةٍ وَنَحْوِهَا (بِدَقِيقِهِ أَوْ سَوِيقِهِ) لِانْتِشَارِ أَجْزَاءِ الْحَبِّ بِالطَّحْنِ فَيَتَعَذَّرُ التَّسَاوِي، وَلِأَخْذِ النَّارِ مِنْ السَّوِيقِ
