شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَصِحُّ بَيْعُ دَقِيقٍ رِبَوِيٍّ) كَدَقِيقِ ذُرَةٍ (بِدَقِيقِهِ) مِثْلًا بِمِثْلٍ (إذَا اسْتَوَيَا) أَيْ الدَّقِيقَانِ (نُعُومَةً) لِتَسَاوِيهِمَا عَلَى وَجْهٍ لَا يَنْفَرِدُ أَحَدُهُمَا بِالنَّقْصِ فَجَازَ كَبَيْعِ التَّمْرِ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ويصح بيع دقيق ربوي) ؛ كدقيق بر (بدقيقه) مثلاً بمثل، (إذا استويا) أي: الدقيقان (نعومة) ؛ لأنهما تساويا حال العقد على وجه لا ينفرد أحدهما بالنقصان. فجاز؛ كبيع التمر.
