شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (خَالِصِهِ) أَيْ الرِّبَوِيِّ كَلَبَنٍ بِمَشُوبِهِ (أَوْ مَشُوبِهِ بِمَشُوبِهِ) لِانْتِفَاءِ التَّسَاوِي أَوْ الْجَهْلِ بِهِ
