(وَيَصِحُّ) بَيْعُ حَبٍّ مُشْتَدٍّ فِي سُنْبُلِهِ (بِغَيْرِ جِنْسِهِ) مِنْ حَبٍّ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ، كَبَيْعِ بُرٍّ مُشْتَدٍّ فِي سُنْبُلِهِ بِشَعِيرٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ لِعَدَمِ اشْتِرَاطِ التَّسَاوِي
