[بَابُ بَيْعِ الْأُصُولِ وَبَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ وَمَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهَا] (الْأُصُولُ) جَمْعُ أَصْلٍ وَهُوَ مَا يَنْبَنِي عَلَيْهِ غَيْرُهُ وَالْمُرَادُ هُنَا (أَرْضٌ وَدُورٌ وَبَسَاتِينُ وَنَحْوُهَا) كَطَوَاحِينَ وَمَعَاصِرَ
