(وَ) إنْ قَالَا: مَحِلُّهُ (إلَى أَوَّلِهِ) أَيْ شَهْرِ كَذَا (أَوْ) إلَى (آخِرِهِ، يَحِلُّ بِأَوَّلِ جُزْءٍ مِنْهُمَا) أَيْ مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ كَتَعْلِيقِ طَلَاقٍ
