(وَلَا يَصِحُّ) إنْ قَالَا (يُؤَدِّيهِ فِيهِ) أَيْ فِي شَهْرِ كَذَا لِجَعْلِهِ ظَرْفًا فَيَشْمَلُ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرِهِ فَهُوَ مَجْهُولٌ
