شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) الْخَامِسُ (كَوْنُهُ) أَيْ الرَّهْنِ (مَعْلُومًا جِنْسُهُ وَقَدْرُهُ وَصِفَتُهُ) ; لِأَنَّهُ عَقْدٌ عَلَى مَالٍ فَاشْتُرِطَ الْعِلْمُ بِهِ كَالْمَبِيعِ.
