(وَإِنْ أَذِنَ رَاهِنٌ) مُرْتَهِنًا فِي وَطْئِهَا (فَلَا مَهْرَ) لِإِذْنِ الْمَالِكِ فِي اسْتِيفَاءِ الْمَنْفَعَةِ كَالْحُرَّةِ الْمُطَاوِعَةِ
