(وَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ ضَامِنٌ) فِي خَمْرٍ وَحْدَهُ (بَرِئَ) ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَبُ مُسْلِمٍ بِخَمْرٍ (وَحْدَهُ) ; لِأَنَّهُ تَبَعٌ، فَلَا يَبْرَأُ الْأَصْلُ بِبَرَاءَتِهِ
