شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَهُوَ) أَيْ الصُّلْحُ (فِيهِ) أَيْ الْمَالِ (مُعَاقَدَةٌ يُتَوَصَّلُ بِهَا إلَى مُوَافَقَةٍ بَيْنَ مُخْتَلِفَيْنِ) فِيهِ وَهَذَا النَّوْعُ هُوَ الْمُبَوَّبُ لَهُ
