(وَهُوَ) أَيْ الصُّلْحُ فِي مَالٍ (قِسْمَانِ) صُلْحٌ (عَلَى إقْرَارٍ) وَصُلْحٌ عَلَى إنْكَارٍ (وَهُوَ) أَيْ الصُّلْحُ عَلَى إقْرَارٍ (نَوْعَانِ نَوْعٌ) يَقَعُ
