(وَإِنْ أَمْكَنَهُ) أَيْ الْوَلِيَّ أَخْذُ رَهْنٍ أَوْ ضَمِينٍ بِثَمَنٍ أَوْ قَرْضٍ (فَالْأَوْلَى أَخْذُهُ) احْتِيَاطًا
