(وَيَصِحُّ شِرَاءُ وَاحِدٍ مِمَّنْ) أَيْ مِنْ عَبْدَيْنِ (أُمِرَ بِشِرَائِهِمَا) إذَا لَمْ يَقُلْ صَفْقَةً عَلَى قِيَاسِ مَا سَبَقَ

(ويصح شراء واحد ممن) أي: من عبدين (أُمر بهما) أي: بشرائهما.

قاله في " الانتصار " واقتصر عليه في " الفروع ".

ولعل مراده ما لم يقل: صفقة؛ لما تقدم.
