شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَوْ أَقَرَّ) عَامِلٌ (بِرِبْحٍ) أَيْ: بِأَنَّهُ رَبِحَ (ثُمَّ ادَّعَى تَلَفًا أَوْ خَسَارَةً) بَعْدَ الرِّبْحِ (قُبِلَ) قَوْلُهُ ; لِأَنَّهُ أَمِينٌ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولو أقر) عامل (بربح) بأن قال: ربح المال ألفاً، (ثم ادعى تلفاً أو خسارة) بأن قال: تلف الربح، أو قال: حصلت خسارة بعد أن ربح: (قُبل) قوله في ذلك " لأنه أمين. فقبل قوله، كالوكيل المتبرع.
