شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

[فَصْلٌ وَالْإِجَارَةُ عَقْدٌ لَازِمٌ مِنْ الطَّرَفَيْنِ] (فَصْلٌ وَالْإِجَارَةُ عَقْدٌ لَازِمٌ) مِنْ الطَّرَفَيْنِ لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْهُمَا فَسْخُهَا بِلَا مُوجِبٍ. لِأَنَّهَا عَقْدُ مُعَاوَضَةٍ كَالْبَيْعِ.
