(وَإِنْ سَبَقَ هُوَ) أَيْ: الْمُحَلِّلُ الْمُخْرِجَيْنِ أَحْرَزَ السَّبَقَيْنِ (أَوْ) سَبَقَ (أَحَدُهُمَا) أَيْ: أَحَدُ الْمُخْرِجَيْنِ صَاحِبَهُ وَالْمُحَلِّلَ (أَحْرَزَ السَّبَقَيْنِ) لِوُجُودِ شَرْطِهِ
