(وَ) حَرِيمُ (دَارٍ مِنْ مَوَاتٍ حَوْلَهَا مَطْرَحُ تُرَابٍ وَكُنَاسَةٍ وَثَلْجٍ وَمَاءِ مِيزَابٍ وَمَمَرٍّ لِبَابٍ) ; لِأَنَّ هَذَا كُلَّهُ مِنْ مَرَافِقِ سَاكِنِهَا
