(وَلَا حَرِيمَ لِدَارٍ مَحْفُوفَةٍ بِمِلْكٍ) لِغَيْرِهِ مِنْ جَوَانِبِهَا ; لِأَنَّ الْحَرِيمَ مِنْ الْمَرَافِقِ وَلَا يَرْتَفِقُ بِمِلْكِ غَيْرِهِ
