(فَإِنْ أَطَالَهُ) أَيْ: الْجُلُوسَ بِلَا إقْطَاعٍ (أُزِيلَ) لِأَنَّهُ يَصِيرُ كَالتَّمَلُّكِ. وَيَخْتَصُّ بِنَفْعٍ يُسَاوِيهِ غَيْرُهُ فِيهِ
