(وَلَهُ) أَيْ: الْجَالِسِ بِطَرِيقٍ وَاسِعٍ وَرَحْبَةِ مَسْجِدٍ غَيْرِ مَحُوطَةٍ بِإِقْطَاعٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ (أَنْ يَسْتَظِلَّ بِمَا لَا يَضُرُّ كَكِسَاءٍ) لِدُعَاءِ الْحَاجَةِ إلَيْهِ
