فلو قال: وقفت هذا على جميع أولاد يقسم ر يعه بينهم بالسوية: عُمل به. وتركت ذكر ذلك لظهوره فإنه لو لم يقل: سوى وقفته على أولادي قسم على جميعهم بالسوية بينهم.
