(وَلَهُ) أَيْ الْحَاكِمِ (ضَمُّ أَمِينٍ) إلَى نَاظِرٍ خَاصٍّ (مَعَ تَفْرِيطِهِ أَوْ تُهْمَتِهِ لِيَحْصُلَ الْمَقْصُودُ) مِنْ حِفْظِ الْوَقْفِ وَاسْتِصْحَابِ يَدِ مَنْ أَرَادَهُ الْوَاقِفُ
