شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَعَ إطْلَاقِهَا) أَيْ الْعِمَارَةِ بِأَنْ شَرَطَ أَنْ يُعَمِّرَ مِنْ رِيعِهِ مَا انْهَدَمَ (تُقَدَّمُ) أَيْ الْعِمَارَةُ (عَلَى أَرْبَابِ الْوَظَائِفِ) لِبَقَاءِ عَيْنِ الْوَقْفِ قَالَ
