(وَإِلَّا) يَكُنْ لَهُ قَرِيبٌ فَقِيرٌ وَتَرَكَ خَيْرًا (فَ) الْمُسْتَحَبُّ لَهُ أَنْ يُوصِي (لِمِسْكِينٍ وَعَالِمٍ) فَقِيرٍ (وَدَيِّنٍ) فَقِيرٍ (وَنَحْوِهِمْ) كَابْنِ سَبِيلٍ وَغَازٍ
