(وَ) إنْ قَالَ: ضَعُوا عَنْهُ (مَا شَاءَ فَالْكُلُّ) يَجِبُ وَضْعُهُ عَنْهُ إنْ شَاءَ وَخَرَجَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ تَنْفِيذًا لِلْوَصِيَّةِ.
