شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَبْدَأُ بِذِي فَرْضٍ اجْتَمَعَ مَعَهُ) أَيْ: الْعَاصِبِ فَيُعْطَى فَرْضُهُ وَالْبَاقِي لِلْعَاصِبِ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ} وَحَدِيثِ «أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ»
