(وَيَسْتَقِلُّ عَصَبَةٌ انْفَرَدَ) عَنْ ذَوِي فَرْضٍ وَعَمَّنْ يُسَاوِيه مِنْ الْعَصَبَاتِ (بِالْمَالِ) لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَا إنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَلَدٌ} وَقِيسَ عَلَيْهِ بَاقِي الْعَصَبَاتِ
