(فَلَوْ أَبْرَأَهُ زَيْدٌ مِنْ الْخِدْمَةِ) بَعْدَ مَوْتِ سَيِّدِهِ (عَتَقَ فِي الْحَالِ) أَيْ: حَالَ إبْرَاءِ زَيْدٍ لَهُ مِنْ الْخِدْمَةِ لِبَرَاءَتِهِ مِنْهَا بِهِبَتِهَا لَهُ
