(وَإِنْ جَنَى) مُدَبَّرٌ (بِيعَ) أَيْ: جَازَ بَيْعُهُ (فِي الْجِنَايَةِ وَإِنْ فَدَى) أَيْ: فَدَاهُ سَيِّدُهُ بِأَقَلِّ الْأَمْرَيْنِ مِنْ أَرْشِ الْجِنَايَةِ وَقِيمَتِهِ
