(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَفِ الثُّلُثُ بِمُدَبَّرَةٍ وَوَلَدِهَا) بِأَنْ لَمْ يَخْرُجَا جَمِيعًا مِنْ ثُلُثِ مَالِ السَّيِّدِ (أَقْرَعَ) بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ وَلَدِهَا كَمُدَبَّرَيْنِ لَا قَرَابَةَ بَيْنَهُمَا ضَاقَ الثُّلُثُ عَنْهُمَا

(وإن لم يف الثلث) أي: ثلث تركة السيد (بمدبرة وولدها) باًن لم يخرجا جميعاً من الثلث: (أُقرع) بينها وبين ولدها؛ كمدبرين لا قرابة بينهما إذا ضاق الثلث عنهما.
