شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَا فَضُلَ بِيَدِهِ) أَيْ: الْمُكَاتَبِ بَعْدَ أَدَاءِ مَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ كِتَابَتِهِ أَوْ إبْرَائِهِ مِنْهُ (فَلَهُ) أَيْ: الْمُكَاتَبِ ; لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ قَبْلَ عِتْقِهِ فَبَقِيَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ
