(وَتَصِيرُ) مُكَاتَبَتُهُ أَوْ بِنْتُهَا أَوْ أَمَتُهَا أَوْ أَمَةُ مُكَاتَبِهِ (إنْ وَلَدَتْ) مِنْ سَيِّدِهَا سَوَاءٌ شَرَطَ وَطْءَ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ أَوْ لَا (أُمَّ وَلَدٍ) لِأَنَّهَا أَمَتُهُ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَيْهَا دِرْهَمٌ
