(وَلِمُشْتَرٍ) مُكَاتَبًا (جَعَلَ لَهَا) أَيْ الْكِتَابَةِ (الرَّدُّ أَوْ الْأَرْشُ) لِأَنَّهَا عَيْبٌ فِي الرَّقِيقِ لِنَقْصِ قِيمَتِهِ بِمِلْكِهِ نَفْعَهُ وَكَسْبَهُ

(ولمشتر) مكاتبا (جهلها) أي: جهل كتابته (الرد أو الأرش) بحسب ما يختاره المشتري " لأن الكتابة عيب في الرقيق " لأنها نقص فيه لمنعه من منافعه بفرض أن يعتق.
