(وَوَلَدُهَا) أَيْ الْمُعْتَقِ بَعْضُهَا (يَغْرَمُ أَبُوهُ قَدْرَ رِقِّهِ) مِنْ قِيمَتِهِ، وَيَرْجِعُ مِنْ سَيِّدٍ وَزَوْجَةِ مُكَاتَبِهِ وَمُبَعَّضَةٍ

(وولدها) أي: ولد المعتق بعضها (يغرم أبوه قدر رقه) أي: قيمة قدر ما فيه من الرق؛ لأن باقيه حر بحرية أمه، لا باعتقاد الواطى. (ولمستحق غرم) من سيد وزوجة مكاتبة ومبعضة
