معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وإن زوّج) الأب (ابنه الصغيربـ) مهر (أكثر من مهر المثل: صح) ولزم المسمى فيه، لأن المرأة لم ترض بدونه. فلا يجب لها أقل منه.

ولأنه قد يكون غبطة الابن ومصلحته فى بذل الزياد، على مهر المثل، والأب أعلم بتحصيل مصلحته في ذلك.
