(لَا) يَتَقَرَّرُ الْمَهْرُ كَامِلًا (إنْ تَحَمَّلَتْ بِمَائِهِ) أَيْ: مَنِيِّ الزَّوْجِ بِلَا خَلْوَةٍ بِهَا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا اسْتِمْتَاعَ مِنْهُ بِهَا
