شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَوْ قَبَضَتْهُ) أَيْ: الْمَهْرَ الْحَالَّ (، وَسَلَّمَتْ نَفْسَهَا ثُمَّ بَانَ) الْمَقْبُوضُ (مَعِيبًا فَلَهَا مَنْعُ نَفْسِهَا) حَتَّى تَقْبِضَ بَدَلَهُ ; لِأَنَّهَا إنَّمَا سَلَّمَتْ نَفْسَهَا ظَنًّا مِنْهَا أَنَّهَا قَبَضَتْهُ فَتَبَيَّنَ عَدَمُهُ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولو قبضته) أي: قبضت مهرها الحال (وسلَّمت نفسها، ثم بان) الذي قبضته (مَعيباً: فلها منع نفسها) حتى تقبض بدله؛ لأنها إنما أسلمت نفسها ظناً منها أنها قبضت صداقها فتبين عدمه.
