(وَإِنْ بَادَرَ أَحَدُهُمَا) أَيْ: أَحَدُ الزَّوْجَيْنِ (بِهِ) أَيْ: بِبَذْلِ مَا وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ لِلْآخَرِ (أُجْبِرَ الْآخَرُ) لِانْتِفَاءِ عُذْرِهِ فِي التَّأْخِيرِ
