(وَإِنْ عَلِمَ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْمُنْكَرِ (وَلَمْ يَرَهُ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ أُبِيحَ الْجُلُوسُ) ، وَالْأَكْلُ نَصًّا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ الْإِنْكَارُ إذَنْ وَلَهُ الِانْصِرَافُ فَيُخْبِرُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وإن عَلم به) أي: بالمنكر (ولم يره ولم يسمعه: أُبيح الجلوس) والأكل أيضاً. نص عليه. وأبيح له الانصراف فيخير. وذلك؛ لأنه لا يجب عليه إنكار مع عدم رؤية المنكر وعدم سماعه.
