شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا يَلْزَمُهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةَ (طَاعَتُهُمَا) أَيْ: أَبَوَيْهَا (فِي فِرَاقِ) زَوْجِهَا (وَ) لَا طَاعَتَهُمَا فِي (زِيَارَةٍ) لَهُمَا لِوُجُوبِ طَاعَةِ الزَّوْجِ (وَنَحْوِهِمَا) كَأَمْرِهِمَا بِعِصْيَانِ زَوْجِهَا، فَلَا يَلْزَمُهَا طَاعَتُهُمَا، بَلْ زَوْجُهَا أَحَقُّ.

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولا يلزمها) أى: يلزم الزوجة (طاعتهما) أي: طاعة أبويها (في فراقٍ) أي: في فراق زوجها، (وزيارة) أي: زيارتها إياهما، (ونحوهما) ؛ كأمرهما بعصيان زوجها، بل طاعة زوجها أحق.
