(وَإِنْ قِيلَ: لِعَالِمٍ بِالنَّحْوِ: أَلَمْ تُطَلِّقْ امْرَأَتَكَ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ لَمْ تَطْلُقْ) ; لِأَنَّهُ إثْبَاتٌ لِنَفْيِ الطَّلَاقِ، وَتَطْلُقُ امْرَأَةُ غَيْرِ النَّحْوِيِّ ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي الْجَوَابِ
