(وَإِنْ قَالَ) الْعَالِمُ بِالنَّحْوِ، وَغَيْرُهُ كَمَا يَدُلُّ عَلَيْهِ كَلَامُ الْإِقْنَاعِ جَوَابًا لِقَوْلِ أَلَمْ تَطْلُقْ امْرَأَتَكَ؟ (بَلَى، طَلَقَتْ) ; لِأَنَّهُ نَفْيٌ، وَنَفْيُ النَّفْيِ إثْبَاتٌ فَكَأَنَّهُ قَالَ: طَلَّقْتُهَا.
