شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَتَى اخْتَلَفَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَانِ (فِي) وُجُودِ نِيَّةٍ (فَقَوْلٌ مُوقِعٌ) لِلطَّلَاقِ ; لِأَنَّهَا لَا تُعْلَمُ إلَّا مِنْ جِهَتِهِ.
