شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِلَّا) يَكُنْ ثَمَّ مَا يَقْتَضِي تَعْمِيمًا أَوْ تَخْصِيصًا (وَقَعَ بِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ) مِنْ الزَّوْجَاتِ (طَلْقَةٌ) ; لِأَنَّ تَخْصِيصَهُ بِبَعْضِهِنَّ لَا دَلِيلَ عَلَيْهِ.
