(وَإِنْ قَالَ) لَهُمَا كُلَّمَا حَلَفْتُ بِطَلَاقِ إحْدَاكُمَا أَوْ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْكُمَا (فَإِحْدَاكُمَا طَالِقٌ) وَأَعَادَهُ (فَطَلْقَةٌ) تَقَعُ (بِإِحْدَاهُمَا تُعَيَّنُ بِقُرْعَةٍ) كَمَا لَوْ قَالَ إحْدَاكُمَا طَالِقٌ.

(وإن قال) لهما: كلما حلفت بطلاق واحدة منكما، أو قال: كلما حلفت بطلاق إحداكما (فإحداكما طالق) وأعاده، (فـ) يقع (طلقة بإحداهما تُعين بقرعة) ؛ كما لو قال: إحداكما طالق.
