(وَإِنْ لَمْ تَثْبُتْ رَجْعَتُهُ) بِبَيِّنَةٍ (وَأَنْكَرَاهُ) أَيْ أَنْكَرَ أَيْ الزَّوْجُ وَالزَّوْجَةُ أَنَّهُ رَاجَعَهَا (رُدَّ قَوْلُهُ) لِتَعَلُّقِ حَقِّ الزَّوْجِ الثَّانِي بِهَا وَالنِّكَاحُ صَحِيحٌ فِي حَقِّهَا
